Chardham Yatra Itinerary Package from Patna

Day 1 :Patna – Delhi – Rishikesh (1,306 km / 22 hr 7 min)

From Patna, you will be transferred to Delhi from where you char dham yatra will commence. Upon your arrival our tour representative will assist you to a road trip heading towards Rishikesh which will be a journey of 6 hours and this will be an overnight journey in the bus.

Day 2 :Rishikesh – Barkot (171 km / 5 hr 47 min)

You will be reaching Rishikesh – the gateway to the Garhwal Himalayas – early in the morning. You will be treated with a light breakfast upon your arrival in Rishikesh, and you will also be taken on a brief sightseeing session of some of the iconic holy destinations like Laxman Jhula, Ram Jhula, Swarg ashram and Sivananda ashram. Post your sightseeing session you will be made to proceed on towards Barkot which is situated at a distance of 6 hours. En route you will be making a quick halt at Kempty falls in Mussoorie. The entire way to Barkot is famed for being extremely scenic complete with breathtaking panoramic vistas.

Once you reach Barkot you will be made to checked in to your allotted hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 3 :Barkot – Yamunotri – Barkot (46.4 km / 1 hr 54 min)

Early in the morning your journey towards one of the four dhams – Yamunotri will kick start. Make sure you wake up and get ready for the journey early in the morning since you will have to come back by evening. You will be dropped at Janki Chatti which is supposed to be the base camp for Yamunotri shrine trek. From here the shrine is located at a distance of 6 kms, which you can cover by trekking or by hiring a pony or palki (pony and palki charges will be made by you).

After completing your darshan in the very first dham of the char dham yatra you will be made to trek back, downwards towards Janki Chatti where you will be staying overnight at Barkot.

Day 4 :Barkot – Uttarkashi (80.5 km / 2 hr 40 min)

After having your breakfast in the morning you will be made to proceed on towards Uttarkashi from Barkot. The entire journey is of 2 hours and 45 mines and en route you will be made to visit Prakateshwar Mahadev Mandir. Upon your arrival in Uttarkashi, you will be made to immediately check in to your allotted hotel where you will freshen up and spend the night there. You also have the option of paying your respect at the Kashi Vishwanath Mandir.

Day 5 :Uttarkashi – Gangotri – Uttarkashi (99.7 km / 2 hr 25 min)

Your day will begin early in the morning with a visit to the second dham in the char dham yatra – Gangotri which is a journey of 4 hours. Make sure you begin your journey towards this dham early in the morning, the earlier the better. After experiencing a spiritual darshan you will be made to travel back to Uttarkashi where you will be spending an overnight.

Day 6 :Uttarkashi – Srinagar (148.6 km / 5 hr 2 min)

Early in the morning, you will be made to head on towards your next destination of Srinagar which is located at a road journey distance of 8 hours. On your way you will be taken on a sightseeing of Tehri dam. Once you reach Srinagar you will be immediately checked into your allotted hotel where you will be spending the night.

Day 7 :Srinagar – Sitapur (80 km / 4 hr)

Early in the morning, you will be made to driven towards Sitapur / Phata which is situated at a distance of 4 hours of scenic road journey. En route you will be made to visit the famous Dhari Devi Mandir which is located at Kalyasaur. You also be made to stop for witnessing the famous and extremely pious first of the remaining five confluences of Panch Prayags. This place is located at Rudraprayag – the confluence point of Rivers Alaknanda and Mandakini. You will then be assisted towards Guptkashi which is equally sacred as Kashi. Here you will be duly registered for the Kedarnath trip and will be checked in to your allotted hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 8 :Sitapur – Kedarnath – Sitapur (19 km Trek / 6 hr)

The journey towards the third dham of Kedarnath will commence early in the morning. You will be assisted to Sonprayag. Phata will be your dropping off location if you are planning on visiting the dham via a helicopter ride. In case you are being dropped off at Sonprayag, you will be taken till Gaurikund via a vehicle. Your trekking journey to Kedarnath Dham shrine will begin from Gaurikund, from where one can also avail Doli, palki or mule services. After the completion of your darshan, you will be assisted back to your hotel in Sitapur since there are no accommodations available in or near the Kedarnath shrine premises.

Day 9 :Sitapur – Badrinath (230 km / 9 hr)

After Kedarnath, your next dham destination will be the holy shrine of Badrinath. You will be made to commence your scenic road trip early in the morning towards Badrinath. En route you will be made to halt at the three confluences of the holy Panch Prayags at Karnaprayag, Nandprayag and Vishnuprayag. After this you will be taken to Narsingh Mandir at Joshimath. The entire journey from Sitapur to Joshimath is of 9 hours. Upon arriving at Badrinath you will be immediately checked in to your allotted hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 10 :Badrinath – Pipalkoti (80 km / 4 hr)

Early in the morning, you will be made to visit Badrinath Dham. Pilgrims are expected to take a holy dip in the hot water spring of Tapt Kund before heading inside the dham. After the darshan of this holiest Lord Vishnu shrine you will be free to explore the nearby scenic and breathtaking views of the nearby Mana village.

After a day of immense pilgrimage and fun activities, you will be made driven to your allotted hotel at Pipalkoti which is situated at distance of 3 hours. You will be staying overnight at the hotel here.

Day 11 :Pipalkoti – Haridwar – Delhi (220 km /6 hr)

After covering all the char dhams your holy journey will come to an end. You will be driven to Haridwar from Pipalkoti which is situated at a distance of 8 hours. En route you will be making a quick halt at Devprayag where the Rivers Alaknanda and Bhagirathi meet to form the holiest river in India – Ganga. By the evening you will be taken for a holy dip in the waters of River Ganga at Har ki Pauri which is said to wash away all the sins. Later in the evening, you will be made to witness the grand Ganga aarti on the Ganga Ghat.

You will then be made to leave for Delhi, which will be an overnight journey.

Day 12 :Delhi Departure

You will be reaching Delhi early in the morning, marking the end of your enlightening and spiritual chardham yatra. You will be escorted to your departure location form where your journey toward your desired destination will commence.
