Andaman Tour Itinerary

Day 1 :Arrival At Port Blair

Welcome to Andaman!

After arriving at the Port Blair airport, transfer and check in to the hotel. This will be followed by some relaxing time to help ease up from the hectic travel. Port Blair is a wonderful little island city with a huge array of hotels, markets, shops and other such amenities. It is the hub for all tourist activities. After relaxing for the first half of the day, evening will be reserved for the sound and light show at the cellular jail. This will take place for a duration of 1 hour.

Here are the timings for the sound and light show at the cellular jail:

  • Slot 1 - 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm
  • Slot 2 - 6:45 pm to 7:45 pm
  • Slot 3 - 7:45 pm to 8:45 pm

Finally, head back to the hotel at Port Blair for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2 :Port Blair - Havelock Island

Early morning after breakfast, check out of the hotel to head for the next destination of Havelock Island. This will be done via a ferry ride of 2.5 hours where 54 kms will be covered. Havelock is known for its incredible views of palm trees, coral reefs and clear waters. After reaching Havelock, check in to the hotel to freshen and relax for a bit.

Afternoon will be the time when you will be headed to the famous Radhanagar beach which is also Asia’s 7th most beautiful beach. Go diving in the clear deep waters, relax by the beach on the white sands, go swimming, snorkelling etc. After spending half a day on the beach head back to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 3 :Havelock - Elephant Beach Day Trip - Havelock

Post breakfast a full day excursion of elephant beach will take place. Elephant beach is famous for hosting some of the most fun packed activities like snorkelling, scuba diving etc. it is also known for being one of the most serene beach destinations in the island. The beach is about 8.6 km away and can be reached via a fun-filled jetty ride. If you like nature then this beach is also home to some of the most magnificent marine life. After spending a relaxing and fun day at the beach head back to the hotel in Havelock for an overnight stay and dinner.

Day 4 :Havelock - Neil Island

After breakfast check out of the hotel to head for the next island destination of Neil Island. This journey will be done via a ferry ride. On reaching Neil Island, check in to the hotel here and freshen up for some time. By evening proceed on for a sightseeing tour of famous beaches of Laxmanpur Beach and Bharatpur Beach. Finally after a day of beach outings head back to the hotel at Neil Island for dinner followed by an overnight stay.

Day 5 :Neil Island - Port Blair

Check out of the hotel in Neil Island post breakfast and head to the next destination of Port Blair. On reaching Port Blair check in to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 6 :Full Day City Tour of Port Blair

After breakfast, head out for a full day of city tour in Port Blair. Visits will include places like the Chatham saw mill, one of the oldest and the largest saw mill in Asia, Forest museum, fisheries museum, and anthropology museum. All these visits will make you learn more about the history, life and culture of the people of Port Blair. By lunch time head to Corbyn’s cove beach for a relaxing time. Unwind at the beach while also indulging in some fun shopping activities. The day will end with a visit to the naval marine museum where an antique coral and shells collection is displayed.

Finally the day will end by heading back to your hotel in Port Blair for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 7 :Departure from Port Blair

Check out of the hotel after breakfast in the morning. Get transferred to the airport and board the flight heading back to your destination. The airport drop off will be the end of your 7 days Andaman Tour Itinerary.
