East India Wildlife Tour Itinerary Package
Day 1 :Arrival in Delhi
Upon your arrival in New Delhi, you will be greeted by our tour representative who will greet you and assist you at your allotted hotel here in Delhi. The remainder of the day will be free for your leisurely activities and you will also be spending the night here.
Day 2 :Sightseeing in Delhi
Early in the morning, you will be made to proceed for a sightseeing tour of Delhi after having your breakfast. You will be covering places like – Qutub Minar Complex, Humayun’s Tomb, India Gate, Laxmi Narayan Temple etc. you will then be taken back to your hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 3 :Delhi – Guwahati – Kaziranga National Park
Early in the morning after having your breakfast you will be made to head for the airport in Delhi where you will be boarding the flight headed for Guwahati. Upon arrival our tour representative will receive you and guide you to your resort at Kaziranga national park. In the evening you will be treated with a Bihu Dance performance after which you will be spending the night here itself.
Day 4 :Wildlife Tour of Kaziranga National Park
After having your breakfast in the morning you will be made to explore the UNESCO world heritage site and the only home for 1 horned rhino. You will be made to explore the lush green surroundings and the diversity of the animals here via a jeep safari. It is also a very popular destination for bird watchers. By evening you will be taken to observe the famous silkworm rearing done here and explore the nearby local tribal villages situated in its vicinity. After a fun day of outing and exploration, you will be taken back to your hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 5 :Kaziranga – Guwahati – Bagdogra – Kalimpong
After having your breakfast in the morning you will be made to leave for Guwahati from Kaziranga. Upon reaching Guwahati you will be assisted for a flight to Bagdogra. Upon your arrival at Bagdogra, you will be made to set off for a road trip to Kalimpong, the next wildlife stoppage tour. On reaching Kalimpong you will be made to check in to your allotted hotel here for an overnight stay.
Day 6 :Sightseeing Tour of Kalimpong
After having your breakfast in the morning your tour guide will assist you for a full day of sightseeing expedition in Kalimpong. You will be made to visit some of the most popular hill town attractions like Deolo Hill, Roman Catholic Church, Kalimpong Cactus Nursery etc. after a full day of sightseeing in Kalimpong, you will be taken back to your hotel where you will be spending the night.
Day 7 :Kalimpong – Siliguri – Kolkata
After having your breakfast in the morning you will be made to enjoy a fun and thrilling river rafting on Tests River. After this you will be made to driven to Siliguri railway station. You will be boarding an overnight train heading for Kolkata. You will be spending the night on the train.
Day 8 :Sightseeing of Kolkata
Upon your arrival in Kolkata early in the morning you will be made to check in to your allotted hotel here. Once you are done with your breakfast you will be made to head out for a sightseeing tour of Kolkata. Day 9 :Kolkata – Sundarbans National Park
After having your breakfast in the morning you will be made to leave for Basanti port from where you will board the boat headed for the Sundarbans. En route you will enjoy some of the most fantastic bird watching sights and on the banks you will also be able to spot some of the most well-known animal collection here like the royal Bengal tiger, leopard cats, wild boar, macaques, grey mongoose etc. you will be spending the night inside this luxury boat.
Day 10 :Wildlife Tour of Sundarbans
Early in the morning after having your breakfast you will be cruising along the lush green and enthralling mangrove creeks for the whole day while savoring some of the most magnificent collection of birds and animals. You will be spending the whole day in a peaceful daze and by night time you will be made to stay in the boat itself.
Day 11 :Sundarbans National Park – Kolkata
After having your breakfast in the morning you will be taken for a cycling tour in the Rangabelia Tagore Society where you will be able to have a closer look at the thriving rural development here. you will be taken back to the Basanti port after this from where your road journey for Kolkata will begin. On reaching Kolkata you will be made to check in to your allotted hotel here for an overnight stay.
Day 12 :Kolkata – Delhi Departure
