Day 1 :Arrival in Ahmedabad

Once you arrive in Ahmedabad our tour representative will escort you to your appointed hotel. Upon reaching your hotel you will be checked in where you have your dinner and stay in for the night.

Day 2 :Ahmedabad – Modhera – Dasada (94 Kms / 2 Hours 15 Mines)

After having your breakfast in the morning and freshening up, you will be taken Dasada. En route you will come across the village of Modhera which is famous for its sun temple. Dedicated to the sun god, this temple is extremely scared and is an architectural marvel to behold; since it is adorned with intricate carvings and engravings.

You will finally arrive at Dasada, where you will be checked in to your hotel immediately. You will be given some time to relax and freshen up after a long bus journey. In the afternoon you will be boarded on a jeep for your trip to Little Rann of Kutch, which is a large white salt marsh in the Thar Desert and right next to the great Rann of Kutch. It is also the largest salt desert in the world which attracts tourists from across the globe who wants to witness this one of a kind, unique marvel.

After taking in the majestically white expansive views, you will be taken back to your hotel late in the evening where you will be served dinner and stay for the night.

Day 3 :Dasada – Bhuj (277 Kms / 5 Hours)

Your trip to Bhuj will commence early in the morning after a hearty breakfast meal. It will be late in the afternoon by the time you reach your destination. However, you will be taken on a local sightseeing tour of some of the most famous sites in Bhuj.

Your local sightseeing tour will start off with a visit to the famous 19th-century palace, Prag Mahal. The gothic style of architecture was constructed with the help of top-notch Italian artisans. The bell tower structure offers the visitors a panoramic view of the city.

You will then proceed towards Aina Mahal, which is located right next to Prag Mahal. Built in the 18th century, the entire palace is constructed with marble walls that are adorned with gold laces and glass. The main attraction among visitors remains the walls of the palace, which are covered in mirrors and separated by gilded ornaments.

Your next and final destination for the day is Bhujia hill from where the town of Bhuj gets its name. The elevation of this hill is 160 meters high, and the fort located on the hill was constructed with an aim of defense for the city.

You will finally be taken to your appointed hotel where you will stay for the night post-dinner.

Day 4 :Bhuj – Banni Village (1 Hour) – Bhuj

After having a refreshing breakfast in the morning you will be taken to the charming and ethnic village of Banni.

This is the last village present on the border consisting of quaint huts and untouched raw village lifestyle. People gather here if they are looking to experience the raw nature of Gujarati village life, which cannot be experienced in the city. Inside the village, you will come across some of the master craftsmen who offer you an insight into the traditional lifestyle of the Gujarati village population. Banni consists of 40 villages where families subsist by making and selling their hard work embroideries, very small quilts known as Godadi and maintaining a livestock. From the moment you step into this village premise, you will feel like you have turned back time. You can explore the village life deeply and take away with you their handiworks.

You will finally be taken back to your hotel in Bhuj, whereupon your arrival you will be served your dinner which will be followed by an overnight stay there.

Day 5 :Bhuj – Rajkot (230 Kms / 4 Hours 30 Mines)

Early in the morning after completing your breakfast meal you will be driven to Rajkot.

En route you will halt at Wankaner, which is known for its architectural masterpieces of European influences. The Wankaner palace is known for being one of the most opulent and magnificent palaces in Gujarat. After experiencing the wonderful palace your journey towards Rajkot will continue.

You will reach Rajkot by late evening where you will be checked into your hotel and served dinner.

Day 6 :Rajkot – Sasan Gir (172 Kms / 4 Hours)

Post breakfast, early in the morning, you will be made to head to Sasan Gir. On your way, you will be made to visit the sacred temple of Balaram Bapa, which was built in the year 1978, and is dedicated to one of the most highly revered saints of Jalaram Bapa. The main attraction of this temple remains the portrait of Jalaram Bapa. After offering your darshan to the holy lord, you will then be made to visit Uparkot fort which is situated in Junagadh.

Established on the foothills of Girnar hill and constructed during the reign of the Mauryan Empire, this ancient fort was discovered by chance in the following years by a woodcutter and boasts of its impressive structure and massive cannons. This fort is truly an enormous work of wonder.

After visiting these amazing sites, you will be taken straight to Sasan Gir, which will be your final destination for the day. Here, you will be checked into your allotted hotel where you will enjoy an overnight stay along with a delicious dinner meal.

Day 7 :Sasan Gir – Somnath – Diu (66 Kms / 2 Hours 15 Mines)

This will be one of the most exciting days in your trip, where you will be taken on a wildlife safari in the world famous Gir National park. The main attraction of this park is the fact that it is the only abode for the Asiatic lions. The overall area of the park is 1,412 square km, where you will witness a variety of plants, animals and trees. Make sure to carry your binoculars for bird watching.

After spending some time with the beautiful nature, your journey towards Diu will commence. On your way you will stop at one of the prime jyotirlingas in India, Somnath temple. This temple holds immense relevance in the lives of devout Shaivites and Hindus and they make sure to visit this place as a crucial part of their pilgrimage. After completing your puja rituals and offering your prayers to Lord Shiva you will finally be headed to Diu.

Once you reach Diu you will be checked into the hotel where you will be spending the night.

Day 8 :Diu Sightseeing

After having a delicious breakfast meal, your day of Diu sightseeing will commence.

It will start off with a visit to the famous Diu fort, which was built by the Portuguese in 1535 during the duration of their colonial rule. One of the prime tourist attractions in this fort are the lighthouse and the ancient cannons perched on top of the fort. This fort is built strongly and dictates strength and power as well.

Your next stop will be Pani Kotha, which is a former prison complete with cell blocks and a very small chapel. A visit here will definitely be a unique experience. The entire stone fortress gives a panoramic view of the deep blue Arabian Sea from the top which is exhilarating to look at.

Finally, you will be taken to Nagoa beach for a relaxing time. Diu is famous for its clean and beautiful beaches. A visit to any one of the beach will definitely make you forget about the busy hustle bustle of the city life.

Day 9 :Diu – Bhavnagar (198 Kms / 5 Hours 22 Mines)

After having a delicious breakfast meal you will be made to leave for your next destination of Bhavnagar. This journey will be a lengthy one which will tier you out. Upon your arrival in Bhavnagar, you will be checked into your hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 10 :Bhavnagar – Vadodara (203 Kms / 4 Hours 20 Mines)

You will be made to head towards Vadodara early in the morning post breakfast. En route you will be taking a halt for the temple darshan at Palitana group of temples. This site is located on the Shatrunjaya hill and is an important and sacred site for Jains. The significance owes to the fact that 23 out of 24 Tirthankaras had visited the hills and sanctified it. This one of a kind place has 863 small sized temples dotted all around.

Finally, you will be headed towards Vadodara where you will be spending the night after getting checked in.

Day 11 :Vadodara Sightseeing

Early in the morning, you will be headed for a full day of sightseeing tour after breakfast.
