Upon arrival at the Paro Airport, please look for Atlas Travel’s tour manager who will then assist you in your transfer to Thimphu. You will be transferred to your hotel room by our representative and with this, you can take a rest for the whole day or you can explore the place on your own terms.

Begin your day 2 of the package by having a delectable breakfast at your hotel, and then your representative will call you to proceed with your journey afterward.

The second day will solely be dedicated to the Thimphu city tour so get ready to visit some of the beautiful landmarks of this city. You will be visiting places like National library, Handicraft Centre, Folk Heritage Museum, and Motithang Takin Preserve during the first half of your sightseeing tour. At National Library, you will get to see some ancient Buddhist manuscripts which are held as a treasure at this place. And at the Handicraft center, your wish to purchase the hand-woven textiles and other craft product will be fulfilled.

And for the other half of the day, you will pay a brief visit to Buddha Dordenma Statue and National Memorial Chorten, where you can get a chance to appreciate the Bhutanese architectural designs.

After having a delectable breakfast at your hotel, proceed towards your next destination Gangtey Via Dochula Pass. At Dochula Pass, we will enjoy a short break where you can fully dwell yourself in the beauty of the great Himalayas.

Check-in your hotel room as per the instruction of your tour manager and relax for a bit. Because in the afternoon, we will walk up to beautiful Gang Teng Monastery which is a popular landmark of this place. Gangteng Monastery is also an important Buddhism school and it is believed that it is home to around 300 student monks.

After having a breakfast, get ready to embark on your full day tour to Gangtey. It is a great place for you that still deals with its organic beauty now also to rejuvenate your weary soul and feel light again.

The famous attraction that we will cover this day will be Wangdue Phodrang Dzong which is a last western town before entering the central Bhutan. It will take you on a journey to a totally different world where there are too many traditional Bhutanese houses and a chance to empower your wisdom about the Bhutanese culture.

After having a breakfast, get ready to check-out of your hotel room and to follow your journey further to Punakha. Check-in your hotel room in Punakha and relax for a bit.

In the afternoon, get ready to start your city tour to Punakha because a very impressive itinerary will already be waiting for you that will allow you to walk some prominent Bhutanese architecture. The popular tourist joint in this city is Punakha Dzong which is undeniably the most beautiful Dzong in the whole Bhutan.

After having a breakfast, get ready to check-out of your hotel room and to follow your journey further to Paro. En-route to Paro, we will make a short stop at Royal Botanical Park which is a very peaceful spot to relish all your traveling sickness. When you will arrive safely in Paro, the representative will direct you towards your check-in process and with that, get some rest for a while.

In the afternoon, you will embark on a short journey to the ruins of Drukgyal Dzong, National Museum, and Paro Dzong. There are some famous eateries places where you can have a taste of true Bhutanese delicacies at this place.

After having a breakfast, get ready to enjoy some fun-filled activities in Paro. The tour manager will assist toward the next tourist spot in Paro, Base of Tiger’s Nest.
