Day 1 :Arrival at Sri Lanka International Airport
Once you arrive at the airport in Sri Lanka our tour representative will greet you and escort you to your allotted hotel in Negombo where you will be spending your night.
Day 2 :Sigiriya – Jeep Safari at Minneriya National Park
Early in the morning, you will be taken on a sightseeing tour of Sri Lanka after having a fulfilling breakfast meal in the morning. This day will be reserved for you to go on a sightseeing visit of the UNESCO world heritage site of lion rock or also popular as Sigiriya – which holds immense archeological significance due to its structure in the shape of a lion head.
After the completion of your sightseeing tour you have the option of going on a fun filled wildlife safari tour at Minneriya national park or just spend your time at the hotel which will be allotted to you in Habarana for an overnight stay.
Day 3 :Hiriwadunna – Polonnaruwa
After having a flavor-packed breakfast in the morning and relaxing for a while your day of fun will commence. You will be taken for a fun village experience by going on an adventurous Hiriwadunna trek. Once you reach the village you will be taken on authentic village experiences like bullock cart rides and catamaran boat ride. After this you will be made to head on towards Polonnaruwa – an extremely popular UNESCO world heritage site of a medieval city.
The remainder of your day will be free for you to have some leisurely time to yourself.
Day 4 :Polonnaruwa – Kandy (En Route Rock Cave Temple Dambulla)
After the completion of your breakfast in the morning, you will be made to head on towards Kandy, which will be a road journey of 3 hours and 30 mines. En route you will be made to stopover at the glorious rock cave temples of Dambulla along with the spice gardens in Matale. Once you reach Kandy by evening, you will be made to witness the cultural dance performances which will be followed with an overnight stay at your allotted hotel in Kandy.
Day 5 :Kandy Sightseeing Tour
After having a flavor-packed breakfast in the morning you will be taken for a full day of fun packed sightseeing tour of this wonderfully vibrant city. You will be covering places like – temple of the tooth relic – which is said to house the real tooth of Lord Buddha making it one of the most sacred Buddhist centres of pilgrimage in the world. Later on, after the completion of your temple sightseeing tour you have the option of either spending your remaining time at your allotted hotel and relaxing or you can also pay a visit to the famous royal botanical garden which is home to a huge collection of colourful and exotic plants from all over the world.
Day 6 :Kandy – Nuwara Eliya
After having your breakfast in the morning you will be made to proceed for a fun filled train ride all across the hilly and picturesque countryside of Sri Lanka. En route you will be able to take pictures of the panoramic surroundings. you will be arriving at Nanu Oya railway station in Nuwara Eliya our tour representative will guide you to your allotted hotel here. You will relax at your hotel for a while before heading out for a tour of the tea plantations around here. Later on, after a complete tour you will be made to head back to your hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 7 :Nuwara Eliya Trekking Tour
Post breakfast in the morning you will be taken on a trekking tour of the beautifully picturesque and lush greenery as far as the eyes can see landscape of Horton Plains national park. The remainder of your day is free for you to relax and rejuvenate at your hotel or explore the nearby colorful market places and shop for some souvenirs, on foot. You will be spending your night at your hotel here.
Day 8 :Nuwara Eliya – Yala
After having a fulfilling breakfast in the morning you will be made to head on towards Yala National Park which is situated at a distance of 4 to 5 hours of driving distance. You will be reaching Yala by afternoon, and post-lunch your tour of the park will kickstart where you will be made to witness some majestic sights of wildlife like – elephants, leopards and sloths bears. Finally you will be made to head on to your allotted hotel in Yala for an overnight stay.
Day 9 :Yala – Mirissa
Early in the morning from Yala you will be made to head on for a fun packed game drive. After this you will be taken to Mirissa where upon reaching you will be immediately checked in to your allotted hotel for an overnight and the remainder of your day is free for you to do your leisurely activity like taking a stroll by the beach.
Day 10 :Mirissa – Colombo – Departure
After having your breakfast in the morning, you will be checked out and you taken for a brief city tour of Colombo where you will be free to shop as much as you like. Finally, you will be made to head back to the international airport from where you will be boarding the flight to your destination, hence ending your trip with us.
