Ans. Typically, 5 to 7 days are enough if starting from Haridwar or Rishikesh. Helicopter tours can cover both Dhams in 1 to 2 days.

Ans. It does require moderate physical fitness to complete the tour. The Kedarnath trek is around 16 km; however, you can opt for pony, palki or helicopter as these options are available.
