Sri Lanka Hanuman Tour Package

Upon your arrival at the Colombo international airport, you will be greeted by our tour representative. He will then guide you into your mode of transportation and you will then be transferred to your hotel in Kandy.

Post checking in to your hotel in Kandy, you will be taken to the temple of tooth relic for an evening at Aarti Darshan. This will be followed by a traditional and cultural dance and musical performance. This event will take place at Kandy Lake.

Finally, you will be headed back to your hotel for an overnight stay.

After breakfast in the morning, you will be taken for a visit to Matale. Here a visit to the beautiful Tamil Kovil will take place. Afterward, you will be made to visit the scenic Riverston mountain area. Here you will be visiting the famous ram temple at Rattota along with recently identified Ramayana sites of Yakkala and Yahangala.

A scenic walk along the jungle trails will reveal the site where Sita Mata was first kept after her abduction i.e. Ashok Vatika. The beauty here is elevated with the presence of some waterfalls and a monastery near another Ramayana trail site.

On the way back to your hotel, you will be taken through the scenic highlands of the knuckles range.

Finally, on reaching the hotel you will be checked in for an overnight stay and dinner.

After breakfast in the morning, you will be checked out of your hotel. Before heading to your next destination of Nuwara Eliya you will be made to go for a shopping expedition in Kandy. Here you will be able to buy interesting souvenirs for yourself and your friends and family back home.

En route to Nuwara Eliya, you can stop at the Rangoda waterfalls. People can also choose to walk up to the hanuman temple located here. There are also options for hiring a three-wheeler service for anyone who wishes to visit the temple but not make the uphill trek. You can even have a break at the Labookellie tea plantation.

Finally, the 2nd half of your excursion in Nuwara Eliya will take place which will take you to the Sundar Kand region. This was the place where lord hanuman had gone looking for Sita Mata.

Finally, on reaching Nuwara Eliya you will be checked in to your hotel for an overnight stay along with dinner.

Post breakfast, you will be checked out of your hotel in Nuwara Eliya and then made to visit the first destination of the day in Sita Amman Temple. The next destination for the day will be the Buddhist Stupa in Divurumpola. As per the mythological account, this is the place where Sita Mata had given her Agni Pariksha.

Post lunch, you will be proceeding to Ella which is famous for its sweeping views of the natural untouched surroundings. Here you will be covering another one of the Ramayana trail sites which are also referred to as the Ravana Ella Falls.

On reaching Kataragama you will be checked in to your hotel here for an overnight stay and dinner. If there is some time left in the evening you will be taken for an evening puja ceremony at the famous Kataragama shrine.

After having your breakfast in the morning you will be made to head for a visit to Kirinda on the southern coast of Sri Lanka. Here you will be able to check out the scenic reefs here. It is believed that once Ravana’s palace used to stand here but later it got submerged in water.

You will then be taken for a scenic drive along the beautiful and very photogenic southern coast of Sri Lanka.

En route, you will be headed for a break at Ussangoda which is believed to be the place where lord hanuman had carried out the burning of Lanka.

Mirissa will be the next destination on the itinerary where on arrival you will be immediately checked in to your hotel here for an overnight stay.

After freshening up for a bit you will be going for more relaxation at the Mirissa beach. The remainder of the day will be free for you to just chill out. Dinner and stay will be at Mirissa hotel.

After having a wholesome breakfast in the morning you will be proceeding to your next destination for the day in Unawatuna. Here you can check out the spot where some of the Sanjeevani Booti had fallen off the Dronagiri Parvat after hanuman had carried the mountain from the Himalayas to Lanka.

A visit to another one of the Ramayana trail sites will take place very close to Galle in Seenigama. Post lunch you will be making your way back to Colombo where on arrival you will be taken for a small city tour.

You will be staying the night in Colombo.

After breakfast, you will be checked out of your hotel in Colombo and be headed to the Colombo international airport. The drop-off at the airport will mark the end of your holiday with us and you will be free to head to your desired destination.
