Gangotri Helicopter Yatra Tour Itinerary
Day 1 :Dehradun – Gangotri – Dehradun
7:00 am – - Make sure that you & your travelling party will reach Sahastradhara Helipad in Dehradun on time. The departure will take place at 7 am in the morning, so reach before that.
8:00 am – You will arrive at Harshil Helipad after approximately 1 hour of scenic flying. Upon arrival, our tour representative will assist & transfer you to the Gangotri temple. You will have around 2.5 to 3 hours at the Gangotri temple for VIP Darshan, rituals & light refreshments, before heading back to Harshil.
11:00 am – Your flight back to Dehradun departs at this hour.
12 noon – Return to Dehradun. This will be the end of your Gangotri Dham Helicopter Yatra.

Cancellation Policy
- 15 days prior to schedule or no show - no refund
- 15 to 30 days prior to schedule - 50% of the overall cost
- 30 or more days prior to the schedule - 10% of the overall cost (taxes are non-refundable in any case)

- No refunds will be made in case of natural disruptions such as roadblocks, weather conditions, or accidents.
General Instructions for Passengers
- The helicopter in no way is responsible for the loss or damage to the property of any of the passengers.
- A minimum of 4 passengers are allowed on board inside one helicopter, with the total passenger weight not exceeding 300 kgs.
- Each passenger is allowed to carry only one small bag (up to 5 kg). No excess baggage will be permitted & will lead to cancellation of the tickets without refund
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Kindly confirm updated pricing at the time of booking
- To secure a confirmed reservation, 100% payment of the total tour cost is required in advance
