Chardham Yatra Itinerary Package from Jaipur

Day 1 :Jaipur – Delhi – Rishikesh

Your journey to char dham will commence the moment you reach delhi. Out tour representative will greet you at the point of arrival and then immediately get you transferred to Rishikesh via a road journey of almost 5 to 6 hours, depending on the traffic. Rishikesh is the starting point for the char dham yatra of Uttarakhand. You shall be checked in to your hotel in Rishikesh for an overnight stay.

Day 2 :Rishikesh – Barkot

Early in the morning you shall be transferred to your very first Char Dham temples of Barkot which is located in very close proximity to Yamunotri dham. If there is time remaining you shall even be made to head out for a brief sightseeing of some incredible places like ashrams and temples in Rishikesh. This will be a road journey of around 7 to 8 hours by road. On reaching you shall be checked I to your allotted hotel here for an overnight stay.

Day 3 :Barkot – Yamunotri – Barkot

You shall be visiting Yamunotri dham whose journey will commence early in the morning from Barkot. This will be a trek of almost around 6 to 7 kms. You can cover it on foot or via palanquin or pony rides etc to ease the journey. After the completion of your journey to the seat of goddess Yamuna you shall be made ot head back to your accommodation in Barkot for an overnight stay here.

Day 4 :Barkot – Uttarkashi

After having a wholesome breakfast in the morning you will be made to head out to your next destination of Uttarkashi which is located at a road journey distance of 5 hours. On reaching here you shall be checked in duly to your allotted hotel for an overnight stay and the remainder of the day will be free for you to relax and rejuvenate.

Day 5 :Uttarkashi – Gangotri – Uttarkashi

This will be the day when you will be made to head for your Darshan of Ganga Mata in Gangotri Dham. This gleaming white temple by the holy river of Bhagirathi offers amazing spiritual vibe and is set amidst the unadulterated natural beauty of the Himalayas. After you are done with your darshan you shall be headed back to your stay option in Uttarkashi for the night.

Day 6 :Uttarkashi – Srinagar

You will be made to leave for Srinagar early in the morning after having your breakfast. This shall be a road journey of around 8 to 9 hours. On arrival you shall be immediately checked in to your hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 7 :Srinagar – Sitapur

After having your breakfast in the morning you shall be transferred immediately to your next destination of Sitapur which is situated at a distance of 5 hours of road journey. There are several sacred places that fall on the way to Sitapur like Rudraprayag, Narad Shila etc. on arrival you shall be checked in to your hotel here in Sitapur for an overnight stay.

Day 8 :Sitapur – Kedarnath – Sitapur

You will head out for Kedarnath from Sitapur early in the morning. You shall be dropped off at Sonprayag. Here you will be transferred to Gaurikund on shared jeep which is the final roadhead for Kedarnath and beyond that no motorable vehicle is permitted. Sonprayag is also the place from where one can get an alternative transportation service as well like ponies, palanquins etc. the journey although very challenging and testing of a person’s physical capabilities, is completely worth it. The route will be of 6 to 7 hours. After offering your prayer you shall head back to the base and from there on you will be assisted back to Sitapur for resting and staying the night.

Day 9 :Sitapur – Badrinath

Early in the morning after having your breakfast you shall be made to head on for your next destination of Badrinath. The journey will be very scenic and you will also be given the opportunity to halt and visit the famous Prayags of north. These would include visits to Karna Prayag, Nand Prayag and Vishnu Prayag. On entering the Badri Keshtra you shall be also made to visit the famous Narsingh temple at Joshimath which is extremely highly revered. On arrival in Badrinath you will be made to check in to your allotted hotel here for an overnight stay.

Day 10 :Badrinath Darshan and Sightseeing – Pipalkoti

This is one of the most easily accessible temples in all of char dham yatra circuit. You will be made to have a complete darshan at the temple early in the morning. After the completion of your darshan there will be plenty of time for you to explore the beautiful surroundings here by visiting places like mana village (3 km), Vyas and Ganesh Gufa, Vasudhara Falls etc. this will be a day steeped in historical, mythological and religious significance. Once the guided sightseeing is over you shall be driven to your accommodation in Pipalkoti which will be a beautiful journey of around 6 hours.

Day 11 :Pipalkoti – Haridwar – Delhi

Early in the morning after having your breakfast you shall be transferred to your next destination of Haridwar which is located at a distance of around 6 to 7 hours from here. you will be able to witness the magnificent ganga aarti that takes place here and maybe, if time is there, then you may even be able to cover a few sightseeing spots around the area. After this the final leg of your journey will commence to Delhi via a road. This will be a road trip of around 5 to 6 hours and on arrival you shall straightaway be transferred to your hotel in Delhi for relaxing and also for staying the night.

Day 12 :Delhi Departure

After the morning breakfast you will be assisted to your departure location in Delhi. This will mark the end of your char dham yatra from Jaipur of 12 days and 11 nights.
